friendly staff breakfast bag
The staff were very friendly, they met my needs. I received a breakfast bag that had fruit! also, i got a discount at the breakfast place across the street. This breakfast was very nice.
I found a stain on my sheet. The bathroom door did not close properly. The shower was not hot. It was lukewarm and sputtered, it wasn't very satisfying AT ALL.

excellent seafront stay
parking voucher good size packed breakfast
the room was a good size i was delighted with the packed breakfast i took to the beach one morning. it included everything i needed it was perfect for me.
the shower water pressure was not good the shower curtain wasn't clean. i saw orange mould at the bottom the small lift had a manual internal door. the hotel would benefit from a refurbishment.

the hotel is on the sea front it is within walking distance of the station and not far from the pier. this location allows easy access to many attractions a short walk away.

the twin room side sea view was spacious and clean it included a comfortable bed. i found chocolates on arrival and a lovely packed breakfast upon departure. the sea view was quite nice.

the staff were very helpful attentive and cute. they provided excellent recommendations for dinner and gave me a discount leaflet. the check-in process was smooth and quick thanks to the friendly staff.

friendly staff convenient location low pressure mouldy shower
the staff was friendly and helpful, especially at reception. the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. i could also commend its location on the beach. proximity to the bay was perfect.
the shower water pressure was not good , and the shower curtain had some mould at the bottom. the window opening was limited, too warm.

i stayed in a small double rear view shower. the bed felt firm. i found complimentary breakfast bags each morning to be a nice touch, they included juice and a pastry. the staff were helpful.
the outside appearance looked a little tired.
